iINTELLIGENCEi Clay Bowl with Lid, Mann Chatti, Terracotta, 14.5 cm, 1 Qty

A round red clay bowl with a matching clay lid, about 14.5 cm across. Use it to set curd, cook or warm a small curry, dal or rice on low flame, and to serve curries, payasam and pickles at the table. Before first use, soak the bowl and lid for a few hours, dry them, then season with rice water. Avoid sudden temperature changes; wash by hand with warm water, without soap.
