1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bazaar.in, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Bazaar.in (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Seller Protection Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy. If you don't agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

2. About Bazaar.in

Bazaar.in is an e-commerce marketplace that facilitates the sale of new products that may have been held for a long time, at a reasonable discounted price. We connect both retailers and home users ("Sellers") with buyers ("Buyers") to offer these products.

3. Seller Registration & Compliance

• Retailers (non-composite): Must register with a valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN).
• Retailers (composite) & Home Users: Must register as sellers with a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Aadhaar card.
• Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their product listings, sales, and operations comply with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to, consumer protection laws, taxation laws, and intellectual property laws.
• Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about their products, including descriptions, images, and prices.

4. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers agree to provide accurate and complete shipping and payment information.
• Buyers must review product descriptions and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

5. Product Condition & Pricing

• All products sold on Bazaar.in are new in condition.
• Products may be discounted due to being held for a long time by the Seller. Prices are determined by the Sellers, but Bazaar.in reserves the right to review and intervene in cases of unfair pricing practices.

6. Personal Information (PII)

• We collect and store your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in an encrypted format.
• PII is used solely for the purpose of printing on shipping labels, as per the guidelines issued by the Government of India.

7. Order Information Retention

• We will retain order information for a minimum of three (3) months from the date of the order.
• After this minimum period, order details (including order numbers, dates, customer and seller information, order tracking details, and any other linked details) may or may not be deleted.
• If a customer requests the deletion of their order information, we will retain such details for an additional ninety (90) days from the date of the request before wiping them from our system.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Bazaar.in, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shift Logistics Private Limited or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bazaar.in (Shift Logistics Private Limited) acts as a marketplace facilitator. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products listed by Sellers.
• The accuracy of Seller listings.
• The ability of Sellers to sell items or the ability of Buyers to pay for items.
• Any disputes arising directly between Buyers and Sellers, although we will provide a dispute resolution mechanism as outlined in our Buyer and Seller Protection Policies.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
