iINTELLIGENCEi Clay Kadhai with Lid and Handles, 26.5 cm, Natural Red Clay, 1 Qty

A handmade clay kadhai (mann chatti) with a matching lid and two side handles, about 26.5 cm across. Natural red clay keeps food moist and adds an earthy flavour to curries, fish curry, sambar and stir-fries. Season before first use: soak in water for a few hours, then heat gently. Wash with warm water and a soft scrubber; avoid soap and sudden temperature change. Natural clay colour varies slightly.
